hEALTH FORM REQUEST
We are so excited that your students are at BFA and look forward to supporting their health and wellness. To help us do that, you must complete their Annual Health Form. This form, along with the verification and reduced lunch forms, must be completed every school year. Please go to this link for directions on how to access and complete this form in PowerSchool.
Please note that you can verify if the form has been received this school year by viewing the submit date in PowerSchool. If the form was submitted last school year, please verify the information and resubmit.
We prefer that you complete the annual health form in PowerSchool. However, if you cannot complete the online form, please print and fill out this pdf copy of the Annual Health Form and return it to the school nurse. If you would like to have paper forms mailed to you instead, please contact Teri Brunelle, tbrunelle@maplerun.org.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter, as it is vital to our efforts to ensure your student's safety and well-being.

Homecoming week summary
"WOW!! What a fantastic week! Widespread participation in the themed spirit weekdays, outstanding pep rally, Spike Out Cancer volleyball fundraiser for the Jim Bashaw Fund, parade, football game, boxes of cereal collected for the food shelf, and tons of money raised for Camp Ta-Kum-Ta and the Jim Bashaw Cancer and Catastrophic Illness Fund through the annual BFA-MVU Powder Puff game (this year, complete with halftime fireworks and post-game bonfire)! So proud of our school and our students! Spirit Week/Homecoming has become a week of fun for the students and a way to help out our community. Powder puff
I attended the recent Powder Puff game to watch my granddaughter, Isabella, and I decided to take a few photos. I photographed the whole game and uploaded a few of them to my online gallery. My hope is for you to share them with the players, coaches, parents, school, etc., and everyone may download them free of charge. If anyone wants to purchase printed product, they can use the shopping cart with a modest price list or have them printed at their favorite lab after they download them.
Here's the password that's needed to enter the gallery: PP2024
This was a wonderful event that was just a lot of fun for everyone! Thank you for all your time and efforts to make this event a success!
Best wishes,

College application event
On October 2nd, 70 Bellows Free Academy (BFA) seniors participated in BFA's annual College Application Event. Supported by their school counselors, the Northwest Career & Technical Center (NCTC), and admissions counselors from the University of New Hampshire (UNH), the University of Vermont (UVM), Saint Michael's College (SMC), Norwich University, Vermont State University, and Champlain College, students worked together to complete their college applications.
The event was filled with positive energy as students collaborated, supported one another, and turned what can often be an isolating process into a shared experience. This annual event serves as a testament to the strength and unity of the BFA community, helping students take the next step toward their futures with confidence and support.
Congratulations to all the seniors for their hard work and dedication!
